    Sales Person

    Job Summary

    • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. 
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and delivering excellent customer service. 
    • A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to close deals is essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
    • Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Reach out to customer leads through follow-up and referrals.
    • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
    • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
    • Provide feedback on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.
    • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
    • Proven work experience as a Salesperson, Sales Representative, or similar role.
    • Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.
    • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
