We are looking for a reliable and proactive Sales Partner to support the execution of sales activities in the Enugu region.
This role focuses on ensuring effective field-level implementation of brand initiatives, managing relationships with local retailers and distributors, and supporting the visibility and availability of Lush Hair products across key channels.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers and retailers.
Drive product visibility and availability by supporting localized promotional campaigns and retail activations.
Supervise and guide field representatives or brand ambassadors to execute marketing and merchandising plans effectively.
Track and report market activities, consumer feedback, and competitor insights to management.
Assist in coordinating salon events, in-store activations, and product demonstrations.
Ensure customers compliance with brand display standards and promotional guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, or a related field.
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in sales, trade marketing, or retail supervision, preferably in FMCG or the beauty industry.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively.
Proficiency in using mobile sales tools and basic reporting platforms.
