    E-Commerce and Website Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce and Website Assistant to support the daily operations of our online platforms.
    • The ideal candidate will assist in managing our website content, product listings, online order processing, customer inquiries, and ensure smooth digital operations.
    • This role is essential in enhancing the overall customer experience, increasing online conversions, and supporting the growth of our e-commerce business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in updating and maintaining website content, banners, and product listings (descriptions, pricing, images, etc.).
    • Support the upload of new products and ensure accuracy and consistency across all product pages.
    • Monitor website performance and functionality; flag and escalate any issues to technical teams.
    • Assist in managing online orders from confirmation through to fulfillment and delivery.

    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and SEO is an added advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools like Google Analytics, Canva, etc.
    • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
