Sales & Operations Planner West Africa at BASF The Chemical Company

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor purchase orders for stock availability and manage technical procurement
• Track and report orders and shipments, ensuring Trade Control compliance
• Collaborate with Sales for effective supply and demand communication
• Manage Master Data, analyze dysfunctional stock, and classify items
• Optimize supply-demand scenarios, maintain an Inventory Dashboard, and generate reports
• Review inbound documentation, apply Free Zone processes, and coordinate clearance with 3PL

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in logistics, supply chain, engineering, or business management
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in demand planning, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Solid experience in SAP (MM and SCI) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Strong analytical and interpretation abilities
• Strong knowledge of West Africa Import/Export processes
