    Sales & Marketing Officer

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales Functions:
    Client Acquisition and Retention:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from corporate clients, travel agents, tour operators, and event organizers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.

    Sales Strategy Development:

    • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
    • Create tailored packages and promotions to boost occupancy and event bookings.

    Contract Negotiation:

    • Negotiate contracts and close deals for corporate bookings, conferences, banquets, and group reservations.

    Revenue Tracking:

    • Analyze booking trends and market data to forecast demand and optimize pricing strategies in coordination with revenue management.

    Marketing Functions
    Brand Promotion:

    • Plan and execute campaigns to promote the hotel’s brand, services, and special offers across digital and traditional channels.

    Digital Marketing:

    • Manage the hotel’s website, social media platforms, and email marketing.
    • Coordinate online advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram) to increase visibility and engagement.

    Content Development:

    • Oversee creation of promotional materials, brochures, press releases, newsletters, and hotel collateral.

    Public Relations and Partnerships:

    • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, travel bloggers, and tourism bodies.
    • Collaborate with partners (e.g., airlines, tour operators, local businesses) for cross-promotions.

    Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

    • Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and positioning.
    • Conduct guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve services.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND in relevant fields with 5 years work experience.
