National Network Supervisor at Skynet Worldwide Express

Reports To: Head of Operations 

Job Summary

The National Network Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance and efficiency of the company’s nationwide logistics network. The role ensures that all network offices and logistics agents across different states operate according to company standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivering parcels efficiently and on time. The position involves monitoring performance, recruiting logistics agents where required, enforcing operational compliance, and providing training and support to maintain high service quality across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Network Supervision and Operations

• Supervise and coordinate activities of network offices and logistics agents across all assigned states.
• Ensure parcels are delivered within agreed timelines and in line with company Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor operational performance of network partners and agents across the country.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective measures to improve service delivery.
• Agent Recruitment and Network Expansion
• Recruit and onboard logistics agents in locations where network coverage is required.
• Evaluate potential partners or agents to ensure they meet operational and service standards.
• Maintain an updated database of agents and network partners nationwide.

Performance Monitoring and Compliance

• Track and analyze delivery performance metrics across network locations.
• Ensure all agents comply with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
• Investigate service failures, delays, or operational issues within the network.
• Apply disciplinary measures or sanctions where agents fail to meet agreed service standards.
• Training and Capacity Development
• Train new and existing network agents on operational procedures, technology tools, and company standards.
• Conduct periodic refresher training to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Provide operational support and guidance to agents and network offices.

Reporting and Communication

• Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management.
• Maintain effective communication with the Head of Operations and other departments.
• Provide recommendations for improving network performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years experience in a courier, logistics, or distribution company with a nationwide operational network.
• Proven experience supervising logistics agents or network partners.
• Strong understanding of courier/logistics operations and delivery management.

• Good knowledge of Nigeria’s geographical and logistics landscape.
• High level of integrity and accountability.

Preferred:

Male candidate with strong operational field experience in courier/logistics operations.
