    Sales & Marketing Officer (Agro - Spices Industry)

    Job Description

    • Are you a dynamic and results-oriented professional passionate about agriculture and market development?
    • We are a leading player in the Agro-Spices industry, seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive our growth and expand our footprint across Nigeria.
    • This is a key role for an individual who excels at building relationships and creating demand for premium agricultural products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to acquire new clients and distributors for our portfolio of spices and agro-products.
    • Channel & Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key partners, including distributors, wholesalers, food processing companies, and retail chains.
    • Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting our high-quality spices, directly contributing to the company's market share and profitability.
    • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with major clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to understand consumer trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
    • Client Engagement: Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients and partners.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably within the FMCG, Agri-business, or food ingredients sector in Nigeria.
    • A strong existing network of contacts within the Nigerian food, beverage, or agro-trading industry is a significant advantage.
    • A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to drive results.
