Job Description

• Promoting the company's brand image and introducing company’s product to the market in line with achieving set targets.
• Anticipating new sales/marketing opportunities.
• Drive sales initiatives, activities, strategies and sales plan required to build brand visibility to ensure the team achieves its target.
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with prospects and clients.
• Recruit, train, retain and manage sales executives.
• Utilize a consultative approach to convert potential leads to satisfied clients.
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Social Sciences, Humanities or any other related field.
• 3-5 years relevant experience in Real Estate marketing and at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven record of achieving and surpassing sales target.
• Excellent understanding of terrain and field marketing.
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
• Great organizational and team player skills.
