Description

• Production Helpers for the Plants to assist in the preparation and mixing of concrete ingredients (cement, aggregates, water, admixtures) as directed by the batching plant operator.
• Help ensure accurate loading of materials into hoppers or conveyors.
• Monitor and report any issues with batching equipment, conveyors, or silos.
• Clean mixers, hoppers, conveyors, and other equipment after production to prevent buildup of concrete residue.
• Support routine maintenance tasks under supervision, such as lubricating machinery, checking filters ,or tightening bolts.
• Assist in keeping the work area tidy and free from hazards.
• Load and unload materials (e.g., bags of cement ,aggregates)manually or using basic equipment like forklifts or wheel barrows.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and report any shortages or quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Operating Equipment: Safely operate a wheel loader to move, load, and unload materials.
• Loading and Unloading :Load materials into trucks, hoppers, or stockpiles as required by the project.
• Transporting Materials: Transport materials from one location to another within the site.
• Site Preparation: Assist in the preparation of construction sites by moving dirt or other materials to level the ground.
• Maintenance and Care: Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on the wheel loader, ensuring that it is improper working order.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Working with Team: Coordinate with site supervisors, other equipment operators, and laborers to ensure efficient workflow and material handling.
• Record Keeping: Maintain records of the material moved, equipment usage, and any maintenance activities.
• Monitoring Conditions: Ensure that the wheel loader is operating efficiently and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.

Responsibilities 

• Lab Assistant to support operations, research and development activities and make available materials from stockpile in the plant He/she should be able to visually have an idea of the physical state of aggregate and conduct sieve analysis of aggregate at the stockpile on delivery. 
• Proper sampling of concrete for comprehensive strength for every 50m3.
• Remolding and assembling of concrete mould with the dimension of
• 150mm x 150x150mm in mind.
• Cleaning of the laboratory by ensuring all laboratory tools and equipment are always in clean state and proper location when not in use.
• Maintain HSE standard by attending all tool box meeting every day, report all near misses and maintain Zero.
