• The role involves supporting senior leadership, coordinating meetings and conferences, managing correspondence, overseeing databases and records, preparing reports, monitoring company branding standards, organizing promotional activities, and maintaining strong relationships with members, clients and external stakeholders.

Requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas sector
• Strong knowledge of office administration and secretarial functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
