Sales Marketing Manager at B. Adedipe Associates Limited (BAA)

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities 

• Design and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for real estate projects. 
• Drive brand positioning, digital campaigns, and promotional activities to increase visibility and lead generation. 
• Manage client acquisition, relationship building, and negotiation through to deal closure. 
• Lead and motivate the sales team, agents, and brokers to consistently meet sales objectives. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. 
• Develop pricing, promotional, and channel strategies in alignment with project and financial goals. 
• Prepare and deliver periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field; professional certifications in marketing or sales are an advantage. 
• 7+ years’ experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in property development. 
• Strong marketing expertise, including digital marketing, CRM platforms, and lead generation strategies. 
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders. 
• Goal-oriented, creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
