JOB SUMMARY

• Our client in the retail/fashion industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead commercial growth and coordinate operations across branches within and outside Nigeria.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across branches.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and custorner acquisition.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
• Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate sales teams across multiple locations.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Coordinate branch visits (Lagos — Ikoyi, Abuja, Accra, Douala) and provide on-ground commercial support when required.

REQUIREMENT

• Proven experience in Sales & Marketing leadership.
• Strong background in retail or fashion industry (highly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to develop sales strategies and manage campaigns.
• Experience managing teams and driving perforrnance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Must be flexible to travel and stay at branch locations when business demands.
