    Business Operations Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Business Operations Manager will support smooth business operations by managing administrative activities, overseeing inventory control, ensuring stable stock
    • supply, and supporting overall business performance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee daily administrative operations including office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company events.
    • Maintain company records, databases, and filing systems.
    • Manage correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
    • Support HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding.
    • Assist with budget preparation and expense tracking.
    • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Support inventory management and stock control.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
    • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role.
    • Experience in inventory management or stock control is an advantage.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Sales & Marketing Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Our client in the retail/fashion industry is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead commercial growth and coordinate operations across branches within and outside Nigeria.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth across branches.
    • Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and custorner acquisition.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to inform business strategy.
    • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Must be flexible to travel and stay at branch locations when business demands.
