JOB SUMMARY

• Our client, a luxury retail brand, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Manager to oversee and manage retail operations in Abuja.
• The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing store staff, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining the brand's premium image and operational standards within the Abuja location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales growth by implementing effective retail strategies monitoring performance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue.
• Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling performance monitoring and fostering a productive, customer-focused team environment.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered to maintain the brand's luxury retail experience.
• Monitor and analyse sales data, inventory levels and market trends to develop strategies that improve business performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelods degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-4 years' proven experience in retail management, preferably within a luxury or premium retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff.
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans to improve business performance.
