    Sales & Marketing Executive

    We are seeking an experienced Sales/Marketing Executives to drive business growth for a new phone brand. The ideal candidate will bring proven corporate B2B sales experience, and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role calls for a results-driven professional who can quickly identify opportunities, generate leads, and seamlessly convert them to paying clients. Candidates with an established industry presence or strong professional networks that can be leveraged for immediate impact will be highly valued. 

    Job Description and Responsibilities: 

    • Understand and effectively communicate product offerings, functionally, positioning, and competitive advantage.  
    • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve targets and drive phone sales and business growth within the various channels. 
    • Market phone brand to prospective corporate clients, distributors and continuously source for new accounts and new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. 
    • Monitor market trends, product performance and conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. 
    • Participate in meetings, training sessions, trade shows, conferences, webinars, and professional development opportunities.  
    • Analyze key market trends & competitive activities to anticipate opportunities & issues to facilitate next steps to tap or defend.  
    • Gather information on competitors, suggesting strategies to attain a sustainable competitive advantage.  
    • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns, also preparing and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services  
    • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data. 
    • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences  
    • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.  
    • Build and maintain professional networks of clients.  

    Qualifications and Skills Required:  

    • Bsc/B.A or HND in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred  
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in sales, with a proven track record of success, is crucial. Experience specifically in the technology device industry is highly desirable.  
    • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, lead generation, closing deals, and account management  
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders 
    • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software  
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies.
