    Sales Manager

    • We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts in Nigeria.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
    • The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the heavy equipment industry, particularly in heavy equipment sales, and a proven track record of achieving business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth market intelligence research, analyze industry trends, and monitor competitor activities to identify business opportunities and formulate competitive strategies.
    • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets. Drive business expansion by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
    • Key Account & Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealers, and business partners. Develop long-term partnerships to enhance brand positioning and customer loyalty.
    • Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities: Support and participate in brand awareness campaigns, trade shows, industry events, and other marketing initiatives to enhance market presence.
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing, and customer support, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

    Requirements:

    • Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry; experience in excavator sales is highly preferred.
    • Education & Language Skills: Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong proficiency in English. Capability of the second language is a plus.
    • Sales Mindset: Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and proactive with a strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
    • Resilience & Integrity: Ability to work under pressure, adapt to market changes, and maintain high ethical standards in all business dealings.
    • Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles effectively.
