Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in Digital Oilfield solutions and IT Outsourcing services. The role involves driving revenue growth by building strategic relationships with clients in the oil & gas, energy, and related sectors, promoting digital transformation solutions, and expanding the company’s IT outsourcing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise sales, oil and gas technology solutions, and IT outsourcing services, with a proven ability to generate leads, develop proposals, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Digital Oilfield solutions and IT outsourcing services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the oil & gas, energy, and industrial sectors.
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital oilfield technologies and IT services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
- Engage with client stakeholders to understand their operational and technological needs.
- Present tailored Digital Oilfield solutions, IT staffing, and managed IT services to prospective clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful closure of business deals.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
- Work closely with technical, project delivery, and IT outsourcing teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
- Provide feedback from clients to improve service offerings and solutions.
- Support marketing initiatives, industry events, and client engagement activities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry developments in digital transformation, oilfield automation, IoT, and IT outsourcing.
- Identify competitor strategies and recommend actions to strengthen the company’s market position.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5–8 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably within oil & gas technology, digital oilfield solutions, or IT outsourcing.
- Proven experience in enterprise sales and solution-based selling.
- Strong understanding of digital oilfield technologies, IoT, data analytics, and IT infrastructure services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
