    Sales Intern

    About the Role

    • As a Sales Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting our sales team with lead generation, customer engagement, and market research. You will participate in client communications, contribute to sales presentations, assist with CRM management, and help drive our business development goals.
    • We’re looking for individuals eager to learn, with strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. If you have an eye for detail, enjoy collaborating with a team, and want to build foundational skills for a successful sales career, we want to hear from you!

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers through calls, emails, and online channels. Generate and follow up on new leads to support the sales pipeline.
    • Customer Engagement: Build rapport, develop relationships, and communicate with clients in a professional manner, often assisting with presentations or product demonstrations.
    • Supporting Sales Team: Provide administrative support, maintain sales records, participate in meetings, and assist the sales team with day-to-day activities.
    • Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitors, conduct market research, and provide insights to refine sales strategies.
    • CRM and Tools Usage: Maintain and update customer information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and become proficient in using various sales tools.
    • Learning and Development: Observe and participate in the sales process, seek feedback, incorporate suggestions, and demonstrate adaptability in a dynamic environment.
    • Professionalism: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, patience, and a positive attitude, even in challenging situations. Maintain a neat and professional presentation when interacting with clients.
    • Meeting Goals: Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and support broader team objectives

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong interest in sales, marketing, or business development
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Confident speaking with clients and initiating conversations
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently
    • Comfortable with Microsoft packages
    • Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools
