We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive – Trade to drive sales growth across our trade distribution channels.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring product availability, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new trade channels, distributors, and retail partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing trade customers.
Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across assigned outlets.
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages.
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and pricing.
Implement promotional activities and in-store merchandising strategies.
Prepare sales reports, territory performance updates, and forecasts.
Negotiate pricing, margins, and trade terms with partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in trade sales, FMCG sales, or distribution sales.
Strong understanding of trade and distribution networks.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage assigned territories effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Result-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets.
