    Sales Executive – Real Estate / PropTech - Lagos

    Description 

    • Our client is seeking Sales Executives to drive revenue and support business expansion. The role requires a proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
    • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and in-person meetings to generate leads and secure appointments.
    • Qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
    • Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is achieved.
    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and timely communication.
    • Actively listen to client needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations of the company’s offerings.
    • Negotiate and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
    • Provide feedback to management regarding client preferences, market demands, and emerging opportunities.
    • Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho CRM) to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor performance.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales interactions and client information.
    • Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements and areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in Real Estate, PropTech, or related industries.
    • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Knowledge of the Real Estate market in Lagos is a plus.
