    Sales Executive

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Seasonal Sales Executive to join our team during our busy season. The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer service and sales, with the ability to quickly learn about our products and provide an exceptional experience to every customer.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively engage with customers to identify needs and provide suitable product or service recommendations
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
    • Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date with promotions and seasonal offers
    • Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and well-stocked
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when necessary
    • Participate in promotional events or marketing activities as needed
    • Support inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment
    • Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, depending on demand.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
    • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales or a related role
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a manual car, as a company car will be assigned for the job.
    • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of the industry and market trends is an advantage
