    Sales Executive (Frozen Foods)

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking driven and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our dynamic team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our frozen food products (especially frozen chicken), managing customer relationships, and growing market share in assigned territories.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth for frozen food products
    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region
    • Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-users
    • Conduct regular market intelligence to stay informed about competitor activities and pricing
    • Ensure prompt collection of payments and maintain account receivables within approved limits
    • Provide timely reports on sales activities and market feedback

    Requirements

    • HND / B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field
    • Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ proven experience in FMCG, food sales, or agribusiness (especially poultry or frozen food products)
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with regional markets is a plus
    • Must be willing to travel within assigned territories.
