    Sales Executive - B2B Software Sales

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for the brand.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B software sales.
    • They will be responsible for executing strategic sales initiatives, engaging with clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
    • Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and execute tactics for market penetration.
    • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
    • Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with the brand’s offerings.
    • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
    • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to secure long-term partnerships.
    • Identify and explore untapped markets to grow the brand’s customer base.
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create targeted campaigns and enhance offerings based on feedback.
    • Stay informed about real estate and technology trends, competitor activities, and innovations to identify growth opportunities.
    • Take ownership of revenue streams, including credit financing partnerships and other offerings.
    • Develop strategies to achieve revenue targets and optimize profitability.
    • Monitor financial performance and refine strategies to maximize results.
    • Analyze data to evaluate sales effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare reports for senior management on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.
    • Maintain accurate CRM records on leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
    • Work with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and support business objectives.
    • Provide insights for the product roadmap based on customer feedback and market data.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
    • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
    • Experience in the real estate and technology industry is highly desirable.
    • Strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to interpret market trends and devise actionable strategies.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
