The Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing client relationships across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand key accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts in coordination with operations.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with Operations and Laboratory teams to ensure service delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales within inspection, testing, oil & gas, or commodities sectors.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Good understanding of the Nigerian market.
