Male Operations & Growth Officer at Morning Star Crest

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Growth Officer to supervise our customer service team, oversee daily operations, and help increase business volume.

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years relevant work experience
• Must have supervised a team (3–10 staff)
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be firm, organized, and result-oriented
• Comfortable handling field or external challenges when necessary
• Experience in logistics or service-based business is an advantage.
• Must reside within the axis of idimu-ikotun lagos state

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations 
• Monitor and guide customer service staff
• Improve response time and customer retention
• Handle escalations confidently
• Work with the team to increase business volume
• Ensure discipline and accountability
