    Business Development Manager

    Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦500,000/month (based on experience & performance)

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, develop market strategies, build corporate and retail partnerships, lead customer acquisition efforts, and contribute to the company’s overall revenue goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and execute business growth and expansion strategies
    • Identify and onboard new retail, corporate, and strategic partners
    • Lead market research to uncover new revenue opportunities
    • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives
    • Manage brand collaborations and partnership negotiations
    • Create business proposals, pitches, and partnership frameworks
    • Track and report on business growth metrics and ROI
    • Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to scale revenue
    • Expand Mobo’s Fashion presence across new markets and customer segments
    • Represent the company at business meetings, industry events, and brand engagements

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or related field (Accounting background like yours gives a strong analytical edge)
    • 3 – 7+ years of Business Development experience (fashion, retail, or e-commerce preferred)
    • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and strategic partnerships
    • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
    • Analytical mindset (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, business reporting tools)
    • Experience in digital marketing and e-commerce is an advantage
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative retail environment
