Sales Promoter at Total Data Limited

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Promoter to support our client phone screen product line by engaging potential buyers, demonstrating product features, and driving sales performance. 

The ideal candidate should have an interest in mobile accessories, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with customers in retail settings and during promotional activities. This role is essential in boosting product visibility, educating customers on phone protection options, and contributing to overall sales targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Demonstration & Promotion:

• Clearly present and explain the features, benefits, and product differences of various phone screen protectors (e.g., tempered glass, privacy screens, curved edge protectors) and related accessories.

Customer Engagement:

• Approach customers proactively, respond to inquiries, assess their needs, and recommend the most appropriate screen protection solutions.

Sales & Targets:

• Achieve or surpass assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

Promotional Activities:

• Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and pop-up locations to enhance visibility and attract new customers.

Reporting:

• Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, feedback, and stock levels. Provide timely daily or weekly reports to management.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about new products, features, and market trends to serve as a knowledgeable resource to customers.

REQUIREMENT:

Educational Background:

• Minimum of a high school certificate or equivalent; a background in Marketing or related fields is an added advantage.

Sales Experience:

• Previous experience in sales promotion, retail sales, or customer service is beneficial.

Communication:

• Strong verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer Focus:

• Ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored product recommendations.

Target-Driven:

• Comfortable in a performance-based environment and committed to meeting targets.

Teamwork & Initiative:

• Able to work independently and collaboratively, while taking initiative to support overall sales performance.

Technical Awareness:

• Basic understanding of mobile phone models and common screen protection products is an advantage (optional).
