    • N120,000 – N140,000 base salary

    The Job

    We are looking for a qualified Sales & Digital Marketing account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating and sustaining brand awareness and translating that to sales of products and services meeting the company’s goals.

    As a Sales & Digital Marketing account manager, you will be working closely with the CEO of both brands to ensure there’s a clear purposes and strategy to meet targets and thrive. The ideal candidate is kind & considerate – this is the most important trait. You will work smart to satisfy customers’ needs, respond to their queries in a timely & professional manner and aspire to always deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication, SEO and social media skills.

    Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business, your career and personal finances by building successful, long-term client relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage @fitnigeria & @booktrueclean social media accounts for growth and long-term success
    • Build and maintain a database of customers with key insights
    • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
    • Follow up with customers in a timely manner to maintain interest and traction
    • Create e-mail, WhatsApp & social media marketing strategies
    • Report regularly on the status of accounts and transactions
    • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
    • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

    Requirements

    • Proven work experience as a Sales and/or Digital Marketing professional
    • Kindness and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
    • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Word & Excel)
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Excellent command of English language & communication skills
    • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
    • Business acumen with a problem-solving, can do attitude
    • Data & goal driven
