    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Build contacts with existing KadickMoni agents to create relationships for business growth
    • Monitors agent’s performance and ensures they are active on the KadickMoni platform
    • Identifies and resolves agent’s issues and complaints
    • Prospects and on-boards new agents
    • Provide support to new and existing agents
    • Create, implement and manage agent recruitment and on-boarding initiatives
    • Ensure Agent Retention and Activity
    • Resolution of Requests and Disputes
    • Create Marketing Drives and Brand Awareness
    • Monitor performance and deliver targets
    • Write and submit activity reports
    • Recruits Field Marshals (foot soldiers) for every LGA to assist with the recruitment/relationship management.
    • Be responsible and accountable for the FM.

    Skills

    • Communication skills –Candidate must display excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Customer service skills – In order to meet customers’ needs, Candidate must have advanced customer service skills.
    • Organization skills–Candidate needs to be organized at all times. This way, they’ll be able to keep track of budgets, expense reports.
    • Financial skills – Candidate must understand and analyze the various financial documents under their care.
    • Aggressiveness-candidate must possess this skill to deliver and surpass expectations.
    • Can do attitude

    Education and Training

    • Expertise in computer usage and office procedures with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience, in a similar position, is required. 
    • OND/HND in Sales/marketing.

    Salary

    • Gross salary of 60,000 + Performance bonus based on industry standards.
