Sales and Marketing Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Objective

• Responsible for identifying and selling the company's healthcare services to target markets, increasing brand awareness, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the company's various business segments.
• Develop and execute online marketing strategies, including creating engaging digital content.
• Identify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct face-to-face business development meetings with physicians, practice managers, corporate organizations, and company executives.
• Follow up with prospective clients and partners to secure new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
• Manage and implement strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote the company's healthcare services.
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and promotional content.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, consultants, corporate organizations, and community leaders.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
• Maintain an accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
• Participate in sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certification in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.
• 3 - 4 years' experience in healthcare sales and marketing.
