Job Details

• Sales and marketing strategy for the business in line with strategic objectives of the business plan.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aimed at accelerating growth
• Participate in translating and implementing the brand strategy across the department.
• Sales & national marketing of all H&Y product in line with operational budget.
• Plan monthly prospecting plan for sales force (corporate sales and field sales)
• Gather, analysis and report competitive intelligence gathered from sales force and send to marketing executives
• Offer H&Y proposals to Clients.
• Ensure sales related data in ERP is correctly and timely imputed
• Meet and surpass sales targets
