    Training & Sales Performance Manager

    About the Role

    • We are hiring a highly analytical, structured, and performance-driven Training & Sales Performance Manager to elevate our sales team’s capability, productivity, and results.
    • This role is responsible for designing training programs, driving continuous performance improvement, analysing sales data, and ensuring the sales team consistently delivers at a high level.

    Key Responsibilities
    Training & Capability Development:

    • Design and implement structured training programs for onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
    • Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, simulations, and refresher trainings for sales teams.
    • Develop sales playbooks, scripts, competency frameworks, and training materials.
    • Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and refine programs based on performance trends.

    Sales Performance Monitoring & Analysis:

    • Track and analyse sales KPIs: conversion rates, pipeline health, productivity levels, target achievement, retention, etc.
    • Build dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports using data-driven insights.
    • Identify performance gaps and recommend targeted improvement interventions.
    • Monitor individual and team performance patterns to support data-backed decision-making.

    Coaching & Performance Enablement:

    • Provide hands-on coaching to improve sales capability, customer handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
    • Support team leads in developing performance improvement plans.
    • Reinforce best sales practices and standards across the team.
    • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and excellence.

    Process Improvement & Sales Enablement:

    • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to streamline processes and improve sales efficiency.
    • Recommend tools, automation, and systems to enhance productivity.
    • Ensure sales teams are updated on product changes, campaigns, and organisational priorities.
    • Maintain updated knowledge bases, training repositories, and learning resources.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with HR on learning programs, competency development, and sales capability frameworks.
    • Work closely with Sales Leadership to align targets, expectations, and performance cycles.
    • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure sales teams understand offerings, messaging, and customer segments.

    RequirementsExperience & Background

    • 4–7 years of experience in Sales Training, Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or Performance Management.
    • Strong experience designing and facilitating sales training programs.
    • Demonstrated ability to use data to drive performance decisions.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (consultative selling, SPIN, challenger, etc.).
    • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and analytics tools (Power BI, Excel).
    • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
    • High emotional intelligence and coaching skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

    Loan Recovery Officer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking a proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented Loan Recovery Officer to manage defaulted accounts, drive repayment efficiency, and minimise credit losses.
    • The ideal candidate will excel in communication, negotiation, documentation, and compliance, ensuring recovery processes are handled professionally and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities
    Loan Recovery & Collection:

    • Follow up with borrowers on overdue payments via calls, emails, SMS, and field visits (where necessary).
    • Negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and restructuring options in line with company policies.
    • Recover delinquent accounts while maintaining professionalism and customer relationship standards.
    • Escalate chronic delinquent accounts to the Recovery Manager for further actions.

    Portfolio Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Monitor loan accounts daily to identify delinquencies and repayment patterns.
    • Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and recovery outcomes.
    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on recovery performance, trends, and risks.
    • Track aging buckets and ensure timely follow-up of accounts by priority.

    Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure recovery actions comply with regulatory guidelines, internal policies, and financial ethics.
    • Identify high-risk accounts and recommend appropriate recovery strategies.
    • Flag fraudulent cases and collaborate with relevant units for investigation.
    • Support legal teams with documentation and case preparation when legal action is required.

    Customer Engagement & Relationship Handling:

    • Educate customers on repayment obligations, loan terms, and consequences of default.
    • Handle disputes and concerns professionally while maintaining firm control of the conversation.
    • Work with customer support and credit teams to resolve account discrepancies.

    Process Improvement & Collaboration:

    • Provide feedback to Credit, Risk, and Operations teams on recurring issues.
    • Suggest process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency and reduce loan defaults.
    • Collaborate with field agents, legal teams, and external recovery partners (where applicable).

    Requirements: Experience & Background

    • 5–10 years’ experience in Loan Recovery, Collections, Credit Control, or related roles.
    • Experience in microfinance, lending, digital lending, or the financial services industry is a strong advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
    • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to remain firm, calm, and professional during difficult conversations.
    • Good understanding of loan processes, credit risk, and repayment cycles.
    • Ability to work with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and recovery tracking systems.
    • Strong organisation, reporting, and documentation skills.
