Managing Director at a Microfinance Bank

A  licensed Unit Microfinance Bank located in Owerri, Imo State seeks a dynamic, experienced, and result-oriented Managing Director to provide strategic leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic direction and management of the bank.
• Ensure full compliance with CBN, NDIC, and statutory regulations.
• Drive deposit mobilization, quality lending, risk management, and financial  performance.
• Strengthen corporate governance, internal controls, and stakeholder confidence.
• Lead business expansion, recapitalization initiatives, and financial inclusion programs.
• Must meet CBN “Fit and Proper” criteria for Managing Director of a Microfinance Bank.
• Must live in Owerri or will to relocate to Owerri
