• The Room Division Manager will oversee the smooth operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services departments.
• She will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, efficient operational management, and adherence to brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Reservations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service.
• Develop and train team members to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor occupancy levels, room revenue, and service quality.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration between departments.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
