Retail Supervisor
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Oyo
- City Ibadan
- Job Field Procurement / Store-keeping / Supply Chain
- Salary Range ₦50,000 - ₦100,000/month
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory management/monitoring, staff recruitment/training, loss prevention/control
- Stock taking, merchandise procurement
- Conduct regular store inspections, identify areas for improvement & take corrective actions when necessary
- Manage customer complaints & inquiries, resolving issues promptly & professionally.
Job Requirements
- HND / Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 - 2 years work experience.
- Female/Male
- 27 - 32 years old
- Previous work experience in a Retail Supermarket is an advantage
- Experience in inventory management, merchandising, procurement & marketing
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service to customers
