    Fire Manager (Grocery Retail Chain)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee all fire safety operations within the assigned region
    • Develop and implement fire prevention strategies and safety protocols
    • Ensure adequate coverage of trained fire safety personnel on every shift
    • Conduct regular fire drills, training sessions, and emergency simulations
    • Train and certify staff on fire safety procedures and equipment usage
    • Provide expert guidance on fire risk assessment and mitigation
    • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and readiness of fire trucks and firefighting equipment
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant fire safety regulations and standards
    • Coordinate emergency response efforts during fire incidents
    • Prepare reports on fire safety performance, risks, and improvements

    Key Requirements

    • Proven experience in fire safety, firefighting, or emergency response (preferably as a Fire Marshal or in a senior fire service role)
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • In-depth knowledge of fire prevention, control systems, and emergency response procedures
    • Experience in training and capacity building
    • Familiarity with fire trucks and firefighting equipment operations
    • Relevant certifications in fire safety or emergency management are a strong advantage
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    Preferred Profile

    • Former Fire Marshal or senior fire service professional
    • Experience managing fire safety operations across multiple locations or large facilities
    • Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure

    Bancassurance Executive (Insurance Sales) - Abuja

    • The Bancassurance Executives act as the Company’s representatives in identifying business opportunities (Sales of Life and General Insurance Products) within designated partner bank branches closest to their homes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Establish, maintain, and grow relationships with Branch employees and customers.
    • Solicit new clients, and grow prospective/existing clientele.
    • Handles activities that involve reporting, planning, and administration.
    • Conducts market analysis activities, which include branch/client profiling and surveys on competitor products.
    • Attends the District/Region’s monthly/quarterly meetings.

    Requirements
    Experience/Qualification:

    • First-degree or equivalent education
    • Minimum of 2 years post NYSC work experience with at least 1 year of experience in Insurance Sales.
