    HVAC Technician

    Job Summary

    • As the HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, with strong expertise in Direct Expansion (DX) and Chilled Water Systems.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
    • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults including compressors, motors, and control systems
    • Install HVAC systems and ensure proper setup in line with technical standards
    • Conduct testing and commissioning of A/C systems and prepare commissioning reports
    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures at all times

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with DX and chilled water systems
    • Minimum of SSCE with accredited HVAC training or Trade Test Certificate
    • Strong technical skills in brazing, soldering, electrical troubleshooting, and reading wiring diagrams
    • Good communication and teamwork skills

    B2B Sales Specialist

    Job Summary

    • As the B2B Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by identifying high-value corporate clients, executing consultative sales strategies, and managing end-to-end sales cycles to build long-term business relationships.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and prospect high-value B2B clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, and professional networks
    • Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored solutions to meet client needs
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients
    • Track sales performance, pipeline health, and provide regular reports on KPIs

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales, corporate marketing, or business development
    • Experience in HVAC, engineering solutions, or related technical industries is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and social media tools
