Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resort Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our resort and ensure that we maintain our high standards of service and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the resort's daily operations, including the front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a positive work environment and maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives that attract guests and enhance the resort’s reputation.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service at all times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in resort or hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and operational analysis.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
