• The ideal candidate will be no older than 25 years, passionate about delivering outstanding guest service, anticipating needs, and creating memorable stays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and colleagues warmly, maintaining a friendly and service-focused attitude in every interaction.
• Provide detailed and engaging information about the resort’s amenities, local attractions, dining options, and available activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Promptly manage guest requests, including reservations and special arrangements, ensuring personalized and timely service.
• Work closely with various resort departments to coordinate and deliver seamless, memorable experiences for guests.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently, courteously, and with professionalism.
• Assist guests with their luggage and other needs to ensure comfort and convenience throughout their stay.

Requirements

• Possesses OND, HND, or BSc degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communication, or related fields
• Energetic and confident communicator, ideally under 25 years of age
• Prior experience in hospitality or concierge services is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Genuine passion for providing outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences.
