Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Certify animals for slaughter.
• Assist in application of the Cores of Food Safety and Quality in general operations.
• Participate in Poultry health Management.
• Give guideline to best safety practices.
• Assist in preparation and implementation of a workable HACCP plan.
• Research and apply modern practices on broiler production and chicken processing.
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree (D.V.M).
• Must have 2 - 4 years work experience in poultry farming.
• Candidates residing within Ibadan and ready to resume on short notice preferred.
