Relationship Manager, Corporate Banking Energy I (Up & Midstream)
Manage customers’ accounts effectively and ensure excellent service delivery while maintaining synergy with all relevant support and strategic business units.
Support the creation of Create quality risk assets for the Bank by processing good credit requests and following up with relevant approval levels accordingly.
Monitor customers’ facilities and ensure that such accounts have and maintain performing status and are renewed timely.
Mobilize deposits from customers to improve liability position.
Process customers’ request for opening of Letters of Credit, Bills for Collection, Invisible Trade etc. and ensure prompt turnaround time and service delivery.
Cross-sell all products of the bank and ensure deployment to the customers on consummation of deals. ▪ Support the Business Manager to deliver on all indices of approved budget towards actualization of excellent Balanced Scorecard.
As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
Ensure complaints received are dealt with within prescribed timescales
Education
Minimum Education: HND / B.Sc. in any discipline, with minimum of Upper Credit for HND and 2.2 for B.Sc
MBA/ACCA or post graduate education as added advantage
