    Regional Manager

    Position Overview

    • We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven regional sales manager to oversee sales and distribution in Lagos, Ogun state, and other Western regions.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales volumes across the entire value chain, from distributors to retailers, coupled with exceptional customer service skills and in-depth knowledge of the territory.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive volume growth and achieve sales targets across Lagos, Ogun, and other Western states.
    • Manage the distribution network, ensuring optimal product availability and visibility in all retail outlets.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to enhance collaboration and support sales initiatives.
    • Conduct regular market assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activity, utilising insights to refine sales strategies.
    • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing training and support to enhance their performance and achieve collective goals.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining open lines of communication with clients.
    • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sports for management, analysing data, and identifying areas for improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the FMCG sector.
    • Proven track record of delivering sales volumes through effective management of the value chain.
    • Strong knowledge of the Lagos and Ogun state markets, including customer dynamics and competitive landscape.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast -paced environment.
    • Salary between N300k-400k based on experiences.
