    Regional IT & Applications Support Officer

    SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS

    • Installation and configuration of workstation and Network Administration
    • Support Users on Business Applications e.g. COMobile, TUNEs, T24 e.t.c and escalate when required.
    • Perform User Account Management and update the required records promptly.
    • Monitors the SMS usage of Core Banking Application and ensure the recharge is done promptly without failure.
    • Ensures all customers receives One Time Password (OTP) upon Phone number registration. Investigate & resolve any User/Customer experienced issues. Escalate unresolved issues to line supervisor & IT Manager within 4 business hours.
    • In collaboration with User Support Officer (USO) ensures periodic checks of all active customers have their Phone numbers registered. Escalate noncompliance to Operation/IT Management.
    • Build, perform systems administration and automate software deployment using Optitune.
    • In collaboration with the IT Operations & Infrastructure Manager, ensure the Firewalls are properly configured and functional.
    • Manage Credit bureau Users access creation and deactivation in branches.

    CREDIT INFORMATION

    • Submits credit/loan information of the customers to the bureaus regularly as regulated by CBN with accurate data.

    GENERAL FUNCTIONS

    • Ensures hardware is appropriately configured, used, managed and train users on their tools
    • Provide end User support for IT Infrastructure/Services and resolve anomalies within 48 hours with walk around for business continuity. No ticket should remain unattended to within 4 business hours.
    • Update inventories relating to the computer network and system and ensure integrity, confidential and availability of Company resources.
    • Keep all Windows devices updated, managed and reported. (No windows updates older than 10 days, No antivirus updates older than 3 days, 100% of PCs under management and valid licenses). Ensure mobile devices are reported on MDM and Optitune respectively.
    • Perform routine checks on all network devices under jurisdiction and report anomalies within 24hours to management while following up on resolution.

    Education / Experience:

    • University degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Electronics or equivalent
    • One year of working experience in a similar position
    • Significant experience in Information Technology management
    • CompTIA A+ Certification or training
    • MCP/MCSA training/ Certification (desired)
