Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven professional to join our team as a Marketing Officer to drive student enrollment, strengthen brand visibility, and expand our market presence both online and within the community.
• The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives aimed at increasing student enrollment, building strategic partnerships, and positioning Imperial Gate School as a leading choice for quality education in Lekki and its environs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
• Drive online marketing campaigns (social media, digital ads, content creation, website engagement).
• Conduct field marketing activities including outreaches, community visits, estate campaigns, and partnership development.
• Generate, track, and follow up on admission leads to ensure conversion.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on marketing activities and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales (experience in the education sector is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and meet set performance goals.
