    Recruitment & Employee Experience Specialist

    About the job

    • The Recruitment & Employee Experience Specialist will drive end-to-end recruitment operations while shaping a positive employee experience across the organization. This role blends recruitment operations with employee engagement, HR operations, and people communications to ensure a seamless candidate and employee journey from hiring through confirmation to employee exits.

    Responsibilities

    Recruitment

    • Support end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: talent identification, sourcing, pipelining, screening, interviews, assessments, selection, and offer coordination.
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
    • Provide support in Implementing recruitment marketing initiatives to strengthen employer branding (career pages, social media, job portals, referrals, campus hiring).
    • Document workforce needs and ensures timely closures.
    • Manage candidate engagement and communication throughout the hiring process.
    • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, conversion ratios, hiring).

    Employee Experience & HR Operations

    • Drive employee engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
    • Manage confirmation and probation tracking with managers and HR leadership.
    • Administer leave management processes and ensure policy compliance.
    • Coordinate HMO/health insurance enrolment, renewals, and employee queries.
    • Operate the HR Help Desk and resolve employee queries within the approved process.
    • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth new joiner experience.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3–5 years quality experience in recruitment and HR operations/employee experience.
    • Hands-on experience with HR technology/systems/ tools as well as Microsoft office suite
    • Prior experience handling employee engagement programs and HR service desks is preferred.
    • High attention to detail and service-oriented approach.
