Recruitment Associate at Sigma Consult

Salary: 120,000 - 150,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Associate to join our dynamic team in Ikeja. This onsite role will support the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager and Senior Account Managers to provide high-quality talent solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing effective recruitment strategies across diverse industries.
• Source candidates through multiple channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary phone/video interviews.
• Utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and keep records updated.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments.
• Prepare detailed candidate profiles for client presentations.
• Assist in offer management and placement processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment strategies.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of professional recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with various candidate sourcing techniques and channels.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, technology).
• Knowledge of the Nigerian job market and current employment trends.
• Familiarity with AI-powered recruitment tools and technologies.
• Experience in conducting competency-based interviews.
