Recruiter - Project Based at 1840 & Company

Job description

• We are currently looking for a remote Project-Based Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Nigeria.
• As a recruiter, you will be responsible for end-to-end hiring, job offer processing, records and documentation, onboarding process management, and database management. This is a full-time freelance position, and the successful candidate must be in indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Handling all the positions from entry-level to senior-level positions.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, ATS, LinkedIn, etc
• Filtering and screening prospective candidates for open positions.
• Conducting the initial rounds of the interviews.
• Processing candidates for a Job offer and endorsing for the onboarding process.
• Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Extensive Experience in high volume Hiring.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of, commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruitment and employment function
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Recruitment.
• Must have experience in scaling up and meeting the volume quickly.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must have a laptop/desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
