Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check-in guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and requests, maintaining a positive attitude.
• Manage phone calls and emails, providing accurate information about hotel services.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and well-presented.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to prepare rooms for arrivals.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior hospitality or front desk experience preferred.
• Skills: Good communication, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities.
