    Receptionist

    Location: 14 Lekki Epe Express way, Opposite Zenith Bank, Ologolo Bus stop Lagos State.
    Employment Type: Full-time(A day on and a day off)
    Accommodation: Yes

    We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests and visitors, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
    • Present available rooms and suggest rooms where necessary.
    • Answer phone calls, check-in and check-out guests at the appropriate time.
    • Handle inquiries and provide information to guests and visitors.
    • Ensure guests complaints are handled professionally
    • Ensure guests are satisfied and their needs are met
    • Manage the reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
    • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Ensure security procedures are followed for guest’s access.
    • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed.

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Customer service-oriented attitude.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
    • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy.
