Real Estate Sales / Marketing Manager at Globalclique

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales/Marketing Manager to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of real estate and facility management professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve their targets

• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Identify and develop new business opportunities

• Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals

• Monitor and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition

• Provide regular sales reports to management

Qualifications:

• HND / Bachelor's degree / Masters Degree in Sales and Marketing related courses

• Practical Experience in the Real Estate and Construction Industry.

• Proven experience as a Sales / Marketing Professional or in a similar role

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
